I miss the Oil painting I did at Evergreen in Shaw Osha’s program. I mostly loved experimenting with glazing. We made outlines with black and highlights with white and then went in with medium and color to adjust the forms. Something about these pieces feels so freeing and juicy to me. Lively!

In Israel I worked with acrylic because it was more approachable and much less of a hassle. I could travel with my paints too. I’ve decided I want to paint every card I write.
